45ml (3 eetl) gesmelte Botter
3 Eiers geskei
250ml Suiker
250ml Koekmeelblom
5ml Bakpoeier
5ml Vanilla geursel
1 Liter Melk
Kaneelsuiker

Directions:
Directions:
1. Voor verhit die oond tot 190ºC
2. Klits botter, eiergele en suiker goed saam.
3. Sif koekmeelblom, bakpoeier en sout saam en voeg by.
4. Roer geursel en melk by en meng.
5. Klits die eierwitte styf en vou in mengsel in.
6. Skep in 'n diep gesmeerde tertbord en strooi kaneelsuiker oor.
7. Sit dadelik in die oond en bak 40 minute of tot gestol.
8. verminder hitte na eerste 25 minute to 160ºC
9. Sit warm voor.
