3 to 4 ripe Bananas, smashed
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1 Cup White Sugar (or Splenda)
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Pinch Salt
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

1. Mix together butter and bananas. Add in sugar, egg, vanilla and stir to combine. Add in baking soda & salt, mix well. Add in flour last. Mix together thoroughly.

2. Pour into greased loaf pan.

3. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack before removing from pan.
