2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients. In a large bowl, beat margarine and peanut butter with mixer until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat well. Chill dough. Shape into 1" balls. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten with floured fork, making criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

I also use this recipe for Peanut Butter Blossoms. Follow basic recipe. Roll in sugar before placing on cookie sheet; do not flatten. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Immediately press chocolate candy kiss firmly into top of each cookie. This is one of my favorite cookies. I usually make them during the holidays, but they are good anytime!
