1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cups Half & Half
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 Tsp Salt
6 Eggs
1 Loaf Soft French Bread Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries

BERRY SAUCE
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Orange Juice
1 Cup Frozen Berries
1 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries - Cut In Half

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13 x 9" pan.
Beat flour, half and half, sugar, vanilla, salt, & eggs until smooth.
Stir in bread and berries.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour but not more than 24.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Uncover and bake for 25 - 35 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Meanwhile, stir together sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in orange juice until smooth.
Stir in one cup of berries.
Heat to boiling, cook for about 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in strawberries.

Serve warm over French toast bake.
