1 lb Linguine
2 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 Rotisserie Chicken, skinned, shredded
2 bunches Green Onions sliced
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 Jalapeño Chiles, minced

Dressing
½ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Creamy Peanut Butter 
¼ cup Rice Vinegar
¼ cup Sesame Oil
1 Tbs Sugar
Romaine Lettuce or Napa Cabbage leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing:  Combine in food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Salad: Cook linguine until just tender.  Rinse with cold water. Transfer to large bowl and sesame oil and toss.  Mix in chicken, onions, cilantro and chilies. Cook snow peas in medium pan of boiling salted water until just crisp tender, about a minute.  Drain, Cool, Mix into salad.  Pour dressing over salad and mix.  Best a couple hours ahead.  Mound salad over lettuce and serve.
