1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups apple, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
6 tbsp butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients with the oil and sugar mixture. Add the chopped apple and nuts. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake in a 325º for 45-50 mins. In a saucepan, combine the light brown sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring it to a boil, stirring often. Put holes in the cake with a long-tined fork. Pour glaze over hot cake.
