1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup cooked carrots
1 slightly beaten egg
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
Frosting:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp orange extract
orange food coloring
milk to spreading consistancy

Bake @ 375 for 12-15 min

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in carrots and egg. Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
Drop on greased cookie sheet by tsp.

Frost while warm.
