3 C yellow cornmeal
1 C flour
6 T sugar
1tsp salt
2 T baking powder
1 C milk
1 C nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 C butter, melted
1/4 C vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 C creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
Combine milk, butter, yogurt, oil and eggs in another bowl.
Add this to the cornmeal mixture, stir until just combined.
Stir in creamed corn.
Scrape into 2 greased 8 inch square pans.
Bake at 400º 45 min until tops are golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pans on rack.
Remove from pans, cut into squares, serve with chili.
