1/2 lb pork or chicken
1/4 Cup Canola oil

Batter:
1/4 Cup cornstarch
1/4 Cup chicken broth
1.4 Cup flour
1 Egg

Sauce:
1 Serving "Kikos Asian Food Sauce" with 1 tbsp of sugar added
2 tbsp "Sweet Thai Chili Sauce"

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost meat, cut into approx 1/2" cubes.
Prepare 1 Serving "Kikos Asian Food Sauce" (with 1 tbsp of sugar added)
Heat canola oil to almost a boil on deep frying pan.
Mix all batter ingredients together in medium-large bowl
Dip meat into batter a small amount at a time. Placing onto frying pan afterwards. After meat is fully cooked through. Strain out oil.
Turn down heat to a low-medium setting and add 1 serving "Kikos Asian Food sauce" as well as 2 tbsp "Sweet Thai Chili Sauce"
Simmer in sauce until it is fully mixed.
