Saltine Crackers
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 - 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Line a 10x15 jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Oil the foil. Put one layer of saltine crackers on the foil. Bring 2 sticks of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar to a boil for two minutes. Pour over crackers and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour 12 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the crackers and sugar mixture. Turn off the over and return pan to the oven for a few minutes until chips are spreadable. Remove from oven and spread chips evenly with a buttered spatula. While still hot, sprinkle with 1/2-1 cup of nuts. Press gently into chocolate. Freeze for 15 minutes and break into pieces.
