1 cup aunt Jemima's pancake mix
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 egg
Chocolate chips or blue berries

Butter & syrup of any variety
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except syrup. Cook on skillet with margarine. Serve with butter, syrup and fruit salad at family gatherings, especially Christmas morning.
