Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 oranges
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. heavy cream
1 c. whole milk
12 oz. bittersweet chocolate (65% to 80% cacao), chopped
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
8 orange slices
Basic whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Using a box grater, remove the zest from the oranges, being careful not to grate down to the bitter white pith. Combine the zest and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and process until until the oils are released from the zest, 1-2 minutes. Place the orange sugar in a large saucepan with the cream and milk, and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. When the mixture reaches a simmer, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Whisk well until smooth and the chocolate is completely melted. Add the Grand Marnier and whisk well. Strain the hot chocolate through a fine-mesh sieve, divide among demitasse cups, and top with an orange slice and whipped cream.
