24 oysters
1/4 c shallots
1/2 c champagne
2 tbsp cracked black pepper
3/4 c rice wine vinegar
3/4 c pickled ginger
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp chopped chives for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients (not including oysters) in food processor and puree one min. Remove and place in 9" pie tin; place in freezer at least 30-45 mins.
Shuck oysters and arrange on serving platter. Spoon 1 tsp mignonette on top of each oyster. Garnish with chopped chives; serve IMMEDIATELY
