1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp glucose or corn syrup
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 1/2 tsp ground coffee
2 cups potato chips
1 cup mini pretzels

Combine the butter, sugars and glucose in the bowl of a stand mixer and cream together for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and beat for 7 to 8 minutes. Add the flour , baking powder and soda and salt. Mix just until the dough comes together. Add the chocolate and butterscotch chips, graham crumbs, oats and coffee. Mix briefly and add the pretzels and potato chips, trying not to break them. Scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet with 1/3 cup measure. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake at 350 for about 18 minutes, until faintly browned.
