1/2 cup Chopped red pepper
1 Large egg
2 Green onions, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Chili paste
1 tbsp Coarsely chopped, peeled ginger root
2 tsp Lime juice
1 Garlic clove, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp Grated lime zest

14 oz Skinless white fish fillets (cod, sole or bluefish), blotted dry any small bones removed and cut up
2 tbsp Fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 9 ingredients into food processor. Pulse with on/off motion, scraping down side if necessary, until almost smooth.
Add fish and first amount of bread crumbs. Pulse on/off motion until fish is finely chopped. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Press both sides of each patty into second amount of bread crumbs in small shallow dish until coated.
Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on medium-high. Add patties. Cook for 3/5 minutes per side until golden and fish is firm. Transfer to paper towels to drain.

Add thinly sliced English cucumber drizzled with a dressing of plain yogurt and dill weed. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
