3 tbsp Frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Minced pickled ginger slices, drained
1 tbsp Brown sugar, packed
1 tsp Sesame oil, for flavor

4 Fresh or frozen (thawed) salmon fillets
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 450F (230C). Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
Arrange salmon fillets in single layer in greased 8x8 inch pan.
Spoon orange juice mixture onto each. Bake for about 10 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Remove to large serving dish. Drizzle with sauce from pan.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Can add fresh or frozen vegetables for a meal.

Soy sauce is optional. Made originally by mixing ingredients but forgetting soy sauce. Dipped salmon in mixture then placed in pan and poured rest of mixture on top. Baked for 15-20 minutes and was delightful.
