3 pounds cut up chicken
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup canola oil
1 can pineapple tidbits
1cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon soya sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 chicken boullion cube
1 large green pepper cut in 1/2 inch strips

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and wish chicken. Shake in bag with flour , salt and pepper. Brown chicken in heated oil. Drain pineapple reserving liquid. Add enough water to the pineapple liquid to make 1 1/4 cups. In a saucepan ,combine sugar and cornstarch,stir in pineapple syrup,vinegar,soya sauce,ginger and bouillon cube. Cook until sauce comes to a boil and thickens, boil for 2 minutes. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish ,cover with the sauce, and bake 30 minutes at 350º F. Add pineapple and green pepper on top and cook 30 minutes longer.
