1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1/4 cup butter
4 Tbls.flour
4 cups turkey or chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
dash tabasco sauce
2 cup chopped turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add flour to make a roux. Slowly add broth; simmer for 1/2 hour; cool. Mix cream and egg yolks. Add to broth mixture; add remaining ingredients and stir. Return to heat; cook for 15 minutes to warm soup through. Be sure that it doesn't boil.
