2 each 8 oz cream cheese
1 small can well drained crushed pineapple
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tsp seasoning salt
chopped pecans as desired
Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese get to room temperature; add onion, pineapple, seasoning salt and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until can roll into ball. Roll in chopped pecans.

Serve with a mixture of crackers.
