1c whole wheat flour
3/4c old fashioned oats (can use quick oats)
2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1c milk
1c small curd 1% cottage cheese
1Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg white
1tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
spray waffle maker with pam and pre-heat
combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt in a large zip lock and shake (can add cinnamon to taste)
whisk together milk, cottage cheese, brown sugar, egg, egg white and vanilla in large bowl
add flour mixture and stir until combined, let batter rest for 3-5min

ladle about 2/3cup into waffle maker and cook, be careful they are very messy but delish
