1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips (buy good quality meat spend extra, it is worth it to not have chewy beef)
1 tbsp. oil
2 cups of cubed potatoes
2 cups of chopped carrots
1/4 cup of water
2 cups of slices mushrooms
1 diced onion
1/2 cup KRAFT SIGNATURE Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tbsp. garlic butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir meat and onion in oil in skillet on high until meat is browned. Remove and set aside. Boil potatoes and carrots. Fry the mushrooms with garlic butter in the skillet. When they r well done add potatoes, carrots, meat and onions. Stir together. Then add dressing and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve.
