Lettuce Variety of your choice
Fresh Pear and/or Apple, chopped
Dried Cranberries
Roasted Pecans, halves or large pieces
Feta Cheese. diced or crumbled
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and spin lettuces. I used Romaine, Red Leaf, and just a bit of iceberg for crunch and body. Wash, core and chop unpeeled fruit. Toast and cool pecans (walnuts are also delicious in this salad). Just before serving, toss together all ingredients, except dressing. Drizzle with Maple Balsami Vinaigrette and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
