1 cup unsalted butter.
1 1/2 cup peanut butter.
1 cup white sugar.
1 cup packed brown sugar.
2 eggs.
3 cups all-purpose flour.
1 tsp. baking powder.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheated oven 375º F.
2. Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
3. In a seperate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into batter. Put batter in trudge for 1 hour.
4. Roll 1 in. balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten with a fork making a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10 min. or until the cookies start to brown. Do not over bake. Let cool.
