12 eggs
5 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp oil of clove
¾ tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Beat whites and yolks separately.
Add the sugar to each until quite stiff.
Then add the yellow to the white and finish all the sugar.
Add the cr of tartar to only the whites.
Then beat in the flavors and beat until very creamy.


4 eggs makes about 1 qt.
