Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1/2 cup icing sugar
Cut in 1 cup butter and do as for pastry

Press into 9/13 pan and bake at 350 until slightly brown (aprox. 20-25 min)

Beat together: 4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Then add: 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Pour over baked crust and bake at 350 for 25 min or until firm. Sprinkly with icing sugar and cut into squares. Freezes well.

Notes: I always use a glass baking pan.
I always use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
if you use a glass pan, decrease oven temperature to 325.
