3 Tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups hash browns 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup onions ,chopped
1/2 cup green pepper,chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
2 teaspoons flour
1 cup ham chopped
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, melt 3 Tablespoons butter. Add potatoes. Cook, stirring frequently until brown. Add salt and pepper. Line the bottom and sides of a greased 10 inch pie plate with the potatoes. In skillet, melt 1 Tablespoon butter, cook onions pepper and mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour and meat. Beat eggs and milk together. Add to meat-vegetable mixture.Pour into potato-lined plate. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until omelet is set and cheese is melted.
