2 pounds frozen Hash Browns
1 Cube Melted Butter
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Can Cream Mushroom Soup
1 small tub of sour cream (approximately 2 cups)
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
2 Cups Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Place in a cake pan or casserole dish. Pour crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (1 hour if the potatoes are thawed)
