1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 Tablespoons canola oil
3/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup green onions,sliced
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 frying chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
In a bag combine flour,salt and paprika. Brush chicken with lemon juice. Put pieces of chicken in flour mixture. Shake well. Brown in hot oil. Drain of fat. Pour chicken stock over chicken. Stir in onion, brown sugar and any remaining lemon juice. Cover and reduce heat . Simmer chicken in sauce mixture until tender, approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
