2 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. white corn syrup

2 egg whites
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
in a sauce pan, combine the sugar, water and corn syrup. Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Then cook over low heat without stirring to 265 degrees.

Meanwhile, beat the 2 egg whites and salt until stiff but moist. Slowly pourhot syrup over egg whites while beating.

Add vanilla and nuts and beat until blended. Spoon onto wax paper.
