2 packs of chicken wings
Lemon Pepper
Season All
Black Pepper
Butter
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil /or Crisco Oil
Sylvia’s Fried Chicken Flour /or All Purpose Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Melt a half stick of butter and brush on raw chicken.
3. Season chicken evenly with each seasoning. Use the cayenne pepper as desired. Sprinkle either flour onto both sides of the chicken.
4. Pour 1/2 cup of either oil in 13” pan. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes. For extra tender chicken, turn oven down to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
