3/4 c. sugar
2 t. salt
2 c. water
2 sticks butter
2 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, 1 c. water and butter in a pan until butter melts. Cool to 120-130 degrees. Dissolve yeast in remaining water. Mix yeast and butter mixture together. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Stir in 6 cups of flour. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out onto floured board about 1/2" thick. Work the dough as little as possible. Cut with biscuit cutter. Have buttered pan ready (lots of melted butter!). Coat both sides of roll with butter and fold over. Will make a jelly roll pan of rolls. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
