1/4 lb. spicy sausage
1/4 c. AP flour
2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in saucepan over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off all fat except 2 T. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Gradually whisk in milk, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
