2 c. (or more!) Brussels Sprouts
1/2-3/4 lb. thick cut bacon
toothpicks
maple syrup or balsamic vinegar (or both!)

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 400 degrees

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Cut bacon pieces in half and wrap around Brussels sprouts. Secure with toothpick.

Place on baking sheet with Brussels side down, so bacon cooks evenly.

Bake for 25-30 min until bacon is cooked through and Brussels are roasty.

Top with real maple syrup or balsamic vinegar or both! Enjoy!
