Spiral Cut pre-cooked Ham
1 Jar Mustard (your favorite or French's classic)
BBQ Rub - recommend anything from the Salt Lick in Austin
watch out for rubs high in sugar because they will burn
White cooking wine -approx 1 cup

Night before:
Rinse and dry ham
Generosly spread mustarrd over the entire ham - cover with plastic wrap and place back in fridge overnight

Day of:
Sprinkle on your favorite rub, coating the entire ham WELL
Let ham rest a couple of hours in a aluminum (disposable) roasting pan.
Add white wine to the bottom so there is liquid around the ham approx an inch
Preheat your grill or smoker and set up for indirect heat. If you are using a gas grill you can add some smoker chips for added flavor
Cook at about 350 for 8-15 minutes PER LB.
Be sure to baste as you go so the ham doesn't dry out. Approx every 30 minutes. You can also cover the top with foil to help prevent dryness.
