1 pouch (1 lb. 1 1/2 oz.) Betty Crockery sugar cookie mix.
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened.
1 egg.
1/2 cup cornstarch.
3/4 cup ground pecans.
1 tsp. Vanilla extract.
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheated oven 350º.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until dough forms.
3. Take 1 tbsp cookie dough with hands and roll into a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Continue with rest of dough.
4. Bake 10-12 min. or until set and bottoms lightly browned.
5. Cool 1 min. on cookie sheet, remove to wire cooling rack. Cool completely then roll in powdered sugar.
