8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp crumbled sage
2 tsp basil
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Coating
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

In bowl combine buttermilk, spices and garlic. Add chicken pieces to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Combine coating ingredients in a sturdy plastic bag. One piece at a time, remove chicken from marinade, drain and place in coating mixture bag. Briskly shake each piece of chicken until coated.

Place on a large - parchment lined baking pan. Discard remaining marinade.

Bake turning after 25 minutes. Cook additional 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced.
