Directions:
Mix together 1/4 c. flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a pan or plate. In a separate pan or plate, combine egg and milk. In a third pan, mix bread crumbs and paprika. Blend 2 tbsp flour and dill weed into the sour cream. Pound pork cutlets to 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Cut slits around edges to prevent curling. Coat cutlets in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, then coat in bread crumbs. In a large skillet, cook cutlets in hot shortening or oil 3 to 5 minutes per side. Remove to serving platter and keep warm. Pour chicken broth into skillet, scraping loose crusty drippings. Stir sour cream mixture into broth in skillet, and cook while stirring until mixture thickens, but do not boil. Serve sauce over cutlets and noodles.
