Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 c chicken broth
½ - 1 can mushroom pieces
1 c frozen peas
2-3 eggs
green onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make 6 c chicken broth with chicken bouillon. Once boiling, add frozen peas and mushroom pieces and simmer. In a measuring cup, beat eggs with a fork. Once peas are cooked, with broth simmering, you are ready to add the eggs. Hold measuring cup in one hand, 5 inches above the rim of the sauce pan and pour a little of the beaten egg slowly in a fine steam into the broth. With a fork in the other hand, make wide circles on the surface of the broth to catch the egg as it strikes and draw it out into long filmy threads. Break its fall 3 or 4 times, so as not to disturb the simmering. Simmer about 1 minute. Top with diced green onion if desired.
