1-2 packages of sweet OR hot Italian sausage - your preference, or mix both (6-12 links)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup (organic preferred)

Directions:
Grill sausage - let cool slightly and slice into bite size pieces and transfer to a bowl for serving
Once sausage is cooked mix and heat the reaming ingredients - blend and melt ingredients together. Pour over sausage once mixed.

Serve right away and provide toothpicks for grabbing sausage slices.
