2 Cups Sour Cream (or can milk with 2 Tsp lemon juice)
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Baking Soda
7 Cups Flour

Directions:
Dough will be sticky. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes.
