8 oz, Can Chopped Clams
1 Cup Diced Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Cup Diced Potatoes
1/2 Cup Chopped or shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from clams and pour over vegetables with enough water to cover. Simmer until done. Make white sauce with 6 Tbsp Butter, 6 Tbsp Flour and 2 Cups of half and half. Cook until thick then pour over vegetables (don't drain vegetables). Add clams and season to taste.
