2 quarts Dandelion flowers
1 gallon water
3 orange rinds
2 lemon rinds
Balance of the oranges and lemons
1 cake yeast
4 lbs. sugar

Directions:
Boil water and pour over flowers. Let stand 3 days, then strain. add the rind from the oranges and lemons. Boil 15 mins. Let cool completely. Add the fruit from the oranges and lemons. Add the cake yeast and sugar. Let stand for 1 week, then bottle.

I have never made this wine, but I tasted it when I was a kid. This was a wine that my grandmother and great grandmother would have at special occasions.
