1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple drained
5 slices of bread cubed (French or Italian is best)

Melt butter, whisk in sugar, eggs, fold in drained pineapple and bread cubes. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake on 350º for 50-60 minutes.
