1 cube margarine
1/2 C. oil
1 C. water
4 T. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 C. flour
2 C. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. buttermilk or cold coffee
1 tsp. baking soda

Icing:
2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 cube margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. cocoa (more if you like it)
Boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan put margarine, oil, water, cocoa and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Pour over flour and sugar and mix. Add slightly beaten eggs and vanilla. Add buttermilk or cold coffee with baking soda stirred into it. Mix well and pour in greased, rimmed cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350º

Icing:
Mix ingredients. Add boiling water to make spreading consistency. Ice while cake is hot.
