Directions:
Cook down 1 chicken either a roaster or my preference Chicken breast.

place chicken in a large pot cover with liquid a combination of water and 1 large chicken broth to cover chicken.

Add salt, pepper, 3-4 bay leaves, a couple stalks of celery chopped, 1 large sweet Vidalia onion chopped.

Let simmer until chicken is cooked.

Remove chicken, let cool and chop later. If you choose to simmer up a large amount of chicken this is the time to be thinking of multiple dishes save for chicken salad or another dish.

Remove bay leaves. Add potatoes and carrots to broth.

Cook until veggies are tender. Add chicken.

In a separate bowl Use 2 cups of flour...(adjust to the amount of stew you have) more or less

More 2 eggs... less 1 egg ,salt ,pepper, parsley flakes

mix well together ...use your hands. While the chicken and veggies are in a rolling boil.

Grab the dough flour egg mixture in your hands and roll between your hands and let the pieces of dough drop from your hands during the rolling motion.

Reduce the temperature to low allow thicken.

A great comfort food. A cross between a noodle and a dumpling...yum yum!!!
