2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1/2 lb. Butter, softened
2 tsp Vanilla
3 T. Milk
2 lbs. Peanuts, ground
1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips
1 Bag Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1-2 T. Paraffin
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, butter, a vanilla and milk by hand. Shape into small eggs and put on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill overnight. Melt chocolate and paraffin together. Dip chilled eggs in chocolate and immediately roll in peanuts.
