1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 T. cocoa
1 TSR. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 TSR. salt
5 T. vegetable oil
1 T. vinegar
1 TSR. vanilla
1 c. cold water
Directions:
Directions:

Sift dry ingredients into a greased 8x8 pan. Make 3 grooves or holes in the mixture. Into 2, pour the oil; into 3rd pour the vinegar. Add vanilla to the cold water and pour over the whole cake pan. Mix in the pan until the batter is smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
