1 C salted butter, softened
1½ C packed light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 C flour
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator.
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.

You may have to use your hands to get the dough to mix well.
