Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground hamburger (85% works well)
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Small Onion, Finely (so Michael doesn't detect its presence!)
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 eggs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place hamburger and ground pork in large mixing bowl. Mix breadcrumbs and milk together before adding to the bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Squish and mix together by hand. It's a bit gross, but well worth it. If it is a little slimy, simply add some extra breadcrumbs.

When all ingredients have been mixed together, place in a large loaf pan. A glass loaf pan works really well for this.

Bake at 375 for an hour, draining off the fat, if necessary. Once done, remove from the oven and let stand for 10 - 15 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Cliff Barron, who is notoriously picky, proclaimed this to be the best meatloaf he's ever eaten. Of course, he said this when first dating his future wife, Sue, but it has been noted that 15 years later, he will hurry home a little quicker if he knows meatloaf is "what's for supper!"
