½ cup Butter
2 cups Flour
1 ½ cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Sugar (for tops)
½ cup Milk
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
2 ½ cups Blueberries
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
On low speed cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time and mix until blended.

Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk until everything is blended together.

Mash ½ cup berries and stir in by hand. Roll the rest of the berries in flour until coated and stir into batter.

Grease muffin pans well with butter (make sure you get the top of the pans too!) Fill each muffin cup to the top; sprinkle with topping sugar.

Bake at 375˚F for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pans at least 30 minutes before removing.
